Every order ships free to the contiguous United States — no minimum, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

• Free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous states on every order
• Orders ship from our workshop in Hudson, Florida
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories: shipping rates calculated at checkout

Production & Processing Time

Every doormat is handcrafted to order, so please allow time for your mat to be made before it ships.

• Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days
• Complex personalized designs may take an additional day or two
• You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our workshop

Estimated Delivery

After your order ships, estimated transit times are:

• East Coast & Midwest: 2–4 business days
• Southeast & Central: 3–5 business days
• West Coast: 5–7 business days

From order to doorstep, most customers receive their mat within 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping is not currently available.

Return Policy

We want you to love your doormat. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know:

• Non-personalized, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error
• If you received the wrong item or a defective mat, we will make it right at no cost to you — just reach out
• Personalized and custom-printed items are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless defective

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
3. Ship the item back in its original, unused condition
4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days — your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it to your statement
