THIS SELLER IS AMAZING! The 1 star for shi... THIS SELLER IS AMAZING! The 1 star for shipping has ZERO to do with the shipper. UPS left our package at a nearly falling down shed/barn on our property no where near our home. Therefore the package showed delivered but we filed a claim it was lost (we originally did not know where it was). Investigation eventually led us to the package which at that point was in a soiled cardboard box for weeks. And the rug was mildewed on the edges. The day the claim was settled for it being “missing” was the same day I received a replacement rug from the shipper who had already gone out of her way to make things right even though it wasn't her fault! Top notch business, will use again and recommend them to everyone! PS The rug is beautiful!!
